Welcome to F. McParland & Co Ltd
We are specialists in Plant hire, Demolition, Civil Engineering and Asbestos Removal. The business was established in 1960 by Felix McParland, the company is family owned and professionally
managed under the guidance of Frankie McParland.
Many of our key plant workers have been employed with the company for nearly 20 years. All machine drivers hold CSR and CTA Skills Cards.
All
our workers have Health & Safety training in Demolition as well has having years of experience.
We are members of NIDA (Northern Ireland Demolition Association.) and also Constructionline.

- Demolition Salvage
*Construction and Demolition waste account for a large amount of waste to landfill each year.
We recycle construction and demolition waste into Crushed Stone. This recycled
stone is exempt from aggregate tax and is suitable material for roadways etc.
All Demolition contracts are in accordance with BS 6187
(2000) Code of Practice for Demolition, and all work is carried out under CDM
Regulations. We have full insurance cover

3 mile outside of Newry City towards Belfast)
We also have a Registered Landfill Site at 44 Glenn Road, Jerrettspass. Newry.
